Adjustable air flow rate:
KGF Series Models: KGF703AK, KGF803AK, KGF1003AK

The air output can be infinitely adjusted and thus adapted to the respective pollutant load for the extraction of the pollutants. The speed is controlled via an LED display with membrane keyboard. As an option, remote on/off switching can be implemented with the same control system. Furthermore, a pressure differential control for the KGF803AK or KGF1003AK can be supplied as an option. An optical signal combined with full text display indicates the need for action and maintenance. Operating hours counter and filter status indication can also be called up via the display.

The air capacity is constantly available and thus permanently guarantees the optimum extraction performance. The operating switch On/Off and an indicator light are located on the control panel. A visual signal indicates the need for action and maintenance. Optionally, a remote on/off switch or a pressure differential control can be supplied here.
The simplified operation of the KGF-Ecoline enables attractive acquisition costs with proven system quality.

In Ex-design according to ATEX:

For the extraction of highly flammable gases and vapours, extraction systems in explosion-proof design are absolutely necessary. It’s the only way to protect you from an unpleasant surprise. Our KGF EX filter systems are built according to the directive for hazardous areas and are equipped with an appropriate Ex-fan and corresponding components.

All Klepp filter systems for gases, odours, solvent/adhesive/laser vapours offer ideal solutions for a permanent and optimal extraction and filtering of pollutants.

The pollutant-containing air is collected directly at the point of origin via practical collection elements (e.g. extraction arms, suction slot channels, under-sink extraction systems or special designs). The extracted pollutants are fed to the filter unit via a hose system or a pipeline designed individually for your requirements. The gaseous or vaporous air impurities are “adsorbed” with an activated carbon filter. Adsorption, i.e. binding of gases and vapours on the surface of a solid porous substance (activated carbon). For the separation of different gases and vapours, several different impregnated activated carbon layers and/or media, chemisorption or oxidation are necessary. Filtering is carried out via separate stages – pre-filter, particle filter and gas filter. The equipment of the filter stages can be determined individually according to the application. The cleaned air can remain in the working area. The replacement of the filters can be carried out automatically or as part of an annual maintenance contract. The gas filter can be refilled again and again.
